Part 2 about tapping
Tapping is a technique we can use to ease difficult emotions. Emotions are important and at the heart of what we choose to do in life. Difficult emotions like fear and anger lead to suffering and hold us back. Positive emotions like confidence and love lead to happiness and doing what we want to do.
That's why I love tapping and why it makes my life better.

I realized I haven’t written much about EFT/Tapping so I thought I would do that in a four part blog. I hope you enjoy learning a bit about it.
EFT means "Emotional Freedom Technique". We mostly use the term "Tapping”. EFT was developed by Gary Craig in the 1990's. Since then tapping has been refined by many practitioners and used around the world.
Tapping is so natural that many people do it without thinking, such as tapping a foot to deal with stress.

Have you ever seen something that you have probably seen before but it is so powerful in that moment, well that is what happened to me.
The other day I picked up a book to read a bit and something just struck me. I do this at times. It came from the book You Are A Badass by Jen Sincero (checkout link below). I have found myself feeling good about myself and then doubts creep up. It’s easy to see the “great” in others but myself I am harder on. This point in the book was to start looking at myself like other (positive) people around me do. I have amazing people in my life that say incredible things about me like “I am an inspiration to them” in regard to moving forward on my business & personal journey. I find I want to say “but I need to ____ (Fill in the blank) and this could waste a lot of energy. I think I need to be kinder to myself and see my gifts just I like I see others gifts and talents.
I am a remarkable woman on an exciting journey of creating my business while guiding people to empower themselves to navigate life challenges and continue to grow.
Do you ever find yourself feeling great about yourself then doubts creep up and if so, is it time to see the gifts and let go of the undesirable thoughts?
I am so excited I just took my oral exam and did some tapping with my teacher and she let me know I passed my test for level 2 EFT.
I am now a Certified Tapping Practitioner. This has been an exciting and educational journey. I am so glad I decided to do this.
As I move forward in creating a Tapping Practice, I want to continue to grow and guide people to empower themselves.
Through my own continuing journey and others I have read, talked with or heard about weight loss. There seems to be many layers to it.
As I have been working on my own weight release with Tapping I see the importance of working on core issues around weight and food. To get to core issues and false beliefs around weight & food sometimes there is a need to reach out for other options like:
I felt the need to work on this so I can have a healthier relationship with food for my health and well-being.
