What epic surprise have you pulled off?
It’s been over 18 months since this train ride home (to Portland, OR) from California. I went to surprise a childhood friend for her wedding. I had assistance from others and can’t believe we kept it on the down low. It was great to surprise her and be there for her big day.
It was an epic wedding surprise!
There are many issues, feelings and events we can use tapping for. Listed below are some myself and others have tapped about, eased and released emotions around:

Feeling sad, angry, frustrated
There are many more. Tapping has been life changing. If you'd like to know more about how to tap here are a few links: Gary Craig Tapping & Easy Daily Tapping
Recently, I had a gift of a day to spend with a childhood friend. We laughed, talked and joked about playing like we did as kids. I can’t tell you how many years it’s been since we’ve been able to do this. It was a great reminder to enjoy the gifts of time that come and continue to play.
Let’s cherish the beautiful, awe-inspiring gifts of time that come our way, continue to play through our life and delight in the memories.
It’s easy to go down into a spiral of gloom but when we focus on optimistic thoughts and stay in the present, we create more delight in our moments.
Take a breath in and out, Tap on side of hand - Karate chop point
Say this 2 times out loud: Even though I have negative thoughts coming up, I love and accept myself as I am
Say this 1 time out loud: Even though I have negative thoughts coming up, I choose to let it flow out of my body and love & accept myself as I am
Tap on each round point and say:
These darn negative thoughts
and take a breath and move to the next round point until you’ve tapped on all of them
Alternate between phrases below while tapping on each round point. Remember to take a breath in and out before moving to the next point, tap on the top of the head and say out loud the first reminder phrase, take a breath, move to inner eye brow, tap on it and say second reminder phrase. Continue alternating phrases and tapping through all the round points:
These darn negative thoughts
Choosing to let them flow out of my body and positive thoughts are flowing in
Take a few deep breathes. If you feel the need to do more rounds of tapping repeat until you feel better.
Way to go on tapping!

Loving and accepting ourselves is so important. Start tapping on top of the head and say out loud the reminder phrase then take a breath and move to the next point and repeat, until you’ve done this on all round points:
I feel greater love & acceptance flowing in and filling all the empty spaces inside me

I loved this thought and wanted to add tapping to it. Read this out loud and tap gently on all the round points while saying this thought slowly. Continue tapping on round points and saying thought three times or more.
