I went to see my new Primary Doctor and she had some suggestions. We’ll learn more after some lab tests get back. She gave me a few referrals too. There was a free seminar on stem cell treatment I went too and even had an intake to see what it’s all about it. This was fascinating to learn more about. Possibly in the future it will be more readily available and I’ll go for it. I was surprised how many offices are doing this around Portland, OR. My inflammation in the body is up. I checked out some books, bought one and plan to make some small changes over time to my diet. I checked into units similar to a tens unit. I decided to give one a test drive. It gave an option for helping inflammation and had other benefits too. Wellness is a journey and I am continuing on mine. I am open to possibilities and plan to explore them. Today I was browsing through the book 10 Simple Things You Can Do Now to Profoundly Change the World by Helen McConnell. Chapter two talks about the different ways we judge others
Let’s start paying attention to when judgment comes up for yourself and others. Write it down and Tap about it. Say 3 times while taping on side of hand: Even though I was judging myself or another person I choose to let it go and love myself and others as I am or they are. We feel more joy when we are being positive The self-care ideas that you thought or wrote about from Monday pick some and add them to your calendar.
When we put them on the calendar with reminders it can encourage us to do them. Sometimes we need more energy for things and self-care has been coming up. Here's a tapping for it.
