When I’ve thought and wrote about my power it was about standing in it with people.
Today I saw this quote “An excuse is nothing but a challenge that you’ve given your power to.” From: You Are A Badass At Making Money, By Jen Sincero. Wow, this was a big aha moment! Standing in my power can be with others and more. Let’s stand in our power. We are worth it! Pt 2 of Standing in my power Sometimes we can have resistance and fear on working on our goal but if we break down the next step into very small steps we can move past the resistance and fear one very small step at a time.
Let's find some adventures to have.
Here are some to have close Portland, OR and I've done some of these and others look interesting. http://www.onlyinyourstate.com/oregon/portland/day-trips-from-portland-or/ Let’s go for our dreams and goals because it feels fantastic to see our dreams come true.
Our Topic to write about today is:
“What is your greatest lesson you have ever learned?” This is from the book: 101 Journal Questions for Women, by Tony T Robinson. I thought this was a great question to free write and ponder about. One of the techniques I use with in workshops is Emotional Freedom Technique also called Tapping. It can:
If you'd like to learn more about Tapping click link. EFT Part 1 One of my dreams is to create an on line Tapping group that can help people lose weight so they feel more confident and delighted when they look in the mirror. It’s here and it feels fantastic to have it setup. It’s going to be once a month in the evening and it includes
Video conference
Let’s spend more time feeling and seeing peace so more can come into our lives.
While writing some posts I noticed I was feeling stiff and it reminded me that bodies are built to move. Taking care of our bodies so they can last and thrive is great self-care.
Let’s remember to get up, move and stretch a bit. Let’s share some positivity today with ourselves and others. This can add some joy to our day and spread some too!
Today I decided to pick a new card to read and display from Power Thought Cards by Louise Hay. Today’s thought was about change.
“I cross all bridges with joy and ease. The old unfolds into wonderful new experiences. My life gets better all the time.” Let’s be open to change. Cherish the past, enjoy the present and look forward to the future. Think about positive words people have said about you. Write them down in your journal that you’ve heard from others and you know about yourself. When you need a lift read them.
Let's be reminded of the great person we are. ![]() Say Monday's Mantra three times out loud and make it more powerful with Tapping on the Karate Chop point: I love myself as I am This is a phrase I use with Tapping often. Let's give ourselves the gift of loving ourselves as we are. There is a lovely lady that sales make up erasers for MUE that offered to help with my makeup for an event. I decided to sign up and while reading MUE’s New Distributor Guide I saw this great quote:
“LIFE BEGINS AT THE END OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE!” Let’s be open to new possibilities…we never know where it’ll take us. What are you doing or thinking about doing this weekend? I'm going to spend time with my daughter and Honey and thinking about seeing the new Spider-man movie.
Let's have some fun! Let’s pay attention to when the feeling of love comes up so we can revisit it when needed.
This can add more joy to our lives. This article had some good information about love and was my inspiration for this blog.
It’s fun to find new books and I just found one that I thought would give us new ideas to write about. These can be for men & women even though it’s called: 101 Journal Questions for Women, By Tony T Robinson.
I think some of these will add to Writing Wednesday’s. If you don’t want to write about a topic ponder it. It might add to your day &/or give some insights too. Here is one: “What makes you smile?” When going through your day and you notice your smiling think about what brought that on and when you need an extra smile look in your journal or remember this and others. It’s nice to have a smile bank to tap into when needed. We all have some stress in our life at some point. Below is a round of Tapping on stress and picture of the points:
Tap on the Karate chop point and say this three times: Even though I feel stressed I love and accept myself as I am Tap on these points and say the statement next to it Top of the head -This stress Eye brow – I choose to dial it down Side of eye –This stress Under eye – I’m letting it go Under nose –This stress On the chin – Is leaving my body Collar bone – I’m choosing to let it go Under the arm –I am letting it go and feel relaxed Take a couple of deep breaths, drink some water. Way to go you just did a round of tapping! |
