Standing In Our Power

When I’ve thought and wrote about my power it was about standing in it with people.

Today I saw this quote “An excuse is nothing but a challenge that you’ve given your power to.” From: You Are A Badass At Making Money, By Jen Sincero. Wow, this was a big aha moment! Standing in my power can be with others and more.

Let’s stand in our power. We are worth it!

Sometimes we can have resistance and fear on working on our goal but if we break down the next step into very small steps we can move past the resistance and fear one very small step at a time.

Emotional Freedom Can Do...

One of the techniques I use with in workshops is Emotional Freedom Technique also called Tapping. It can:
  • Dial down unpleasant emotions around life events
  • Create more peace
  • Lower stress
This can empower people to make different choices around food and movement by incorporating tapping into daily life. It has helped me reach for chocolate less, dial down uncomfortable emotions around life events and bring more peace into my life.

​One of my dreams is to create an on line Tapping group that can help people lose weight so they feel more confident and delighted when they look in the mirror. It’s here and it feels fantastic to have it setup. It’s going to be once a month in the evening and it includes

There is a lovely lady that sales make up erasers for MUE that offered to help with my makeup for an event. I decided to sign up and while reading MUE’s New Distributor Guide I saw this great quote:

It’s fun to find new books and I just found one that I thought would give us new ideas to write about. These can be for men & women even though it’s called: 101 Journal Questions for Women, By Tony T Robinson.

I think some of these will add to Writing Wednesday’s. If you don’t want to write about a topic ponder it. It might add to your day &/or give some insights too. Here is one:

“What makes you smile?”

When going through your day and you notice your smiling think about what brought that on and when you need an extra smile look in your journal or remember this and others.

It’s nice to have a smile bank to tap into when needed.
 

Welcome to Tapping Tuesday

We all have some stress in our life at some point. Below is a round of Tapping on stress and picture of the points: 

Tap on the Karate chop point and say this three times: Even though I feel stressed I love and accept myself as I am
 
Tap on these points and say the statement next to it
 
Top of the head -This stress
Eye brow – I choose to dial it down
Side of eye –This stress
Under eye – I’m letting it go
Under nose –This stress
On the chin – Is leaving my body
Collar bone – I’m choosing to let it go
Under the arm –I am letting it go and feel relaxed
 
Take a couple of deep breaths, drink some water. Way to go you just did a round of tapping!
