For many years the story I told myself was, I can’t speak. Speaking to others is something I’ve struggled with but here’s how I did it at Toastmasters:
 
  • Tapping
  • Learning
  • Doing some speeches
  • Went with someone the first few times
  • Spoke to others in group and read feedback from my speeches
 
When I need “yes I can evidence,” the speeches done at Toastmaster are some of my experiences to give me a new story to tell myself. “I can speak.”
 
When you have things you’re afraid to do, tap, learn and take one small step at a time, growing your “yes I can evidence.”

When going through divorce, people can feel disconnected from themselves. It’s a new journey to travel and learn more about who you are at this time in your life. This gives direction and understanding. Take some time to:
 
  • Explore your values
  • Reflective journal about who you are
  • Talk it over with a trusted friend
 
When you better understand yourself, moving forward into a new chapter in your life is easier.

Tapping For Money Blocks

Tap gently on the karate chop point and say this out loud 3 times:
 
Even though I have money blocks, I love and accept myself as I am
  
Take a few deep breaths in and out. Tap on round & other points gently saying this out loud:

Take a few deep breaths in and out and tap on round & other points gently and alternate saying these reminder phrases out loud:

There holding me back from financial security
 
Take a few deep breaths in and out and tap on round & other points gently and alternate saying these reminder phrases out loud:

Staying or returning to the present by washing dishes by hand.

  • Feel feet on the floor
  • Smell the scent of the soap
  • Hear the water flowing in the sink

When you find ways to focus on your senses, it can guide you to the present.
