Recently I was reminded to do a breathing exercise. It feels so good and took a short time to do. Then I ran across this quote from The Little Book of Mindfulness by Dr. Patrizia Collard:
“By observing your breath, you can make such a difference to how you feel”

I love doing cheerful I am statements. There are a few up by my desk and I often tap with them. This can flush out and release old thoughts that can hold me back and bring in the new cheerful ones.
I ran across 101 “I am” Power Affirmations by Tony Robinson and picked it up on Kindle. It looks like a great book! Check it out.

A few years back my doctor suggested PT and my last time wasn’t very successful but I walked through some resistance and it was a better fit this time.
Be open to revisiting experiences at different times, it could be a great fit this time.

Say out loud while looking in the mirror: I am beautiful, powerful and lovable and Adding Tapping can make this more powerful: Tap on karate chop point and say three to five times while looking in the mirror:

I couldn't believe I saw a record player for sale at a grocery store today! It was a blast from my past and brought back fond memories and a smile to my face.
