Recently I was reminded to do a breathing exercise. It feels so good and took a short time to do. Then I ran across this quote from The Little Book of Mindfulness by Dr. Patrizia Collard:

“By observing your breath, you can make such a difference to how you feel”
 

Let’s take a bit of time today to do a bit of deep breathing or another breathing technique you enjoy doing.

  • A sunny 70 plus day can bring me joy
  • A smile from my Honey
  • Enjoying a cheeky blue jay  

When you’re feeling down pull it out and see some ideas that bring you some much needed delight.

I Am...

I love doing cheerful I am statements. There are a few up by my desk and I often tap with them. This can flush out and release old thoughts that can hold me back and bring in the new cheerful ones.  
 
I ran across 101 “I am” Power Affirmations by Tony Robinson and picked it up on Kindle. It looks like a great book! Check it out.

A few years back my doctor suggested PT and my last time wasn’t very successful but I walked through some resistance and it was a better fit this time.
 
Be open to revisiting experiences at different times, it could be a great fit this time.

When we look at ourselves in the mirror let’s give ourselves the gift of loving and accepting ourselves as we are. ​

Say out loud while looking in the mirror: I am beautiful, powerful and lovable and Adding Tapping can make this more powerful: Tap on karate chop point and say three to five times while looking in the mirror:

I am beautiful, powerful and lovable
