Recently I was reminded to do a breathing exercise. It feels so good and took a short time to do. Then I ran across this quote from The Little Book of Mindfulness by Dr. Patrizia Collard:

I love doing cheerful I am statements. There are a few up by my desk and I often tap with them. This can flush out and release old thoughts that can hold me back and bring in the new cheerful ones.
I ran across 101 “I am” Power Affirmations by Tony Robinson and picked it up on Kindle. It looks like a great book! Check it out. Affiliate link below It's going to be a hot day where I live.
Let's remember to hydrate, stay cool and have some fun! A few years back my doctor suggested PT and my last time wasn’t very successful but I walked through some resistance and it was a better fit this time.
Be open to revisiting experiences at different times, it could be a great fit this time. It's Friday enjoy the extra bounce in your step, look forward to your weekend adventures big to small and choose to have an amazing day!

Let’s remember to be our own BFF by speaking kindly to ourselves. There is so much stress out there so today I’m going to share a round of tapping on dialing down stress. Tapping is great way to let go of stress.
Let's nurture ourselves today by delighting in a bit of peace. Inner joy and work life balance are important to me, so is seeing joy small too big and I understood these would look different for each person.

I couldn't believe I saw a record player for sale at a grocery store today! It was a blast from my past and brought back fond memories and a smile to my face.
