What's On Your Mind

This is inspired by the book: Tiny Buddha’s 365 Tiny Love Challenges by Lori Deschene, page 184 

Write down anything on your mind. This can aid in getting it off your mind (monkey mind). This lets us better enjoy today’s moments.
 
If you struggle with releasing some of what’s on your mind, choose one each day to tap on to dial down and release them, one day at a time.

When we want to grow in areas of our lives but we have stress, it can hold us back from growth and joy. Additionally it can cause dis-ease in our bodies that can rob us of our energy and peace.

If stress is weighing you down and you’d like to learn how to release it come to the Stress Release Workshop. I’ll guide you through a protocol and talk about other practices for releasing and dialing it down. There are two dates: June 5th, 10 AM & June 23, 10:30 AM

Take three deep breaths and say I want more kind body nourishing energy
 
Start tapping on thumb point and say more body nourishing energy
 
Take another deep breath move to the next point and repeat this through all the points on the picture. After the last point (karate chop point) take three deep breaths. Way to go on tapping!
