Tapping For One Of Those Days

Tapping gently on the karate chop point and say this out loud 3 times:
 
Even though I am having one of those days, I love and accept myself
 
Tap gently on round and other points saying this out loud:
 
Something went wrong and its been one of those days
 
Take a few deep breaths in and out, drink some water and tap on round and other points gently and alternate saying these reminder phrases out loud:
 
Something went wrong and its been one of those days
 
But I want it to be a great day!
 
Take a few deep breaths in and out. Tap gently on each round and other point while saying out loud this reminder phrase:
 
I choose to have a great day and let the other thing go
 
Take two deep breaths in and out and repeat if needed.

Having "One Of Those Days"

Have you ever had one of those days where things happen and it feels like life is hard? I understand this and been there too. What if you could shift your focus or let these go, so you can go on with your day in a good way? Some ways to reduce these feelings are:
 
  • Think about it and ask yourself is it worth ruining my whole day because I stubbed my toe, broke a glass or whatever the issue is.
  • Look at the issue as if you’re watching it happen as an onlooker, is it the end of the world or just something that happened
  • Tapping is another way to lower “one of those days” feelings and go on with your day in an optimistic way
 
Often shifting your perspective or tapping can reduce these feelings and go on with your day, in a great way.

Uneasiness Tapping Tool

When in uneasy times, fight or flight response can start kicking in when it isn’t needed, here’s a quick mantra tapping to lower this.
 
  1. Take a deep breath in and out 3 times
  2. Tap gently on the karate chop point (side of hand)
  3. Say out loud 3 times: In this moment I am safe
  4. Take 3 deep breathes in and out
  5. Repeat when needed 
 
Mantra Tapping is a great way to reduce uneasiness.

  • Stay in the present as much as possible
  • Tap to reduce scary & stressful feelings
  • Ask yourself “what can I do?”

Tapping Point Options

When writing a tapping script, it came to mind it would be good to show some tapping points not on the face.
 
Here’s a chart you can use with non-face round points & hand points. These can be used instead of the face points during this time when touching the face isn’t recommended.

Showing Self - Love & Care For Others During Difficult Times

During this time (of Coronavirus) some ways to show self-love, care of family, friends and others are:
 
  • Stay home and relax
  • Listen to uplifting music  
  • Reach out with technology
  • Move around your place periodically
  • Order groceries on line for yourself and/or send some to elderly family or friend
 
Let’s show love and care to ourselves and others during this time.
