It’s great to start my day with Donna Eden’s 5 min Daily Energy Routine, recommended by my mentor.
When starting something new it works best to connect it with something I already do. Before I start working in the morning when sit in front of the computer in my office. I modify it to fit my body and I feel more energized after doing this. I wanted to share it with you. I have improved in this area although I still find it’s easier to be a better friend to others at times. When we don’t feel good about ourselves, check in on it and let’s ask ourselves:

When browsing through the book Marriage Rules by Harriet Lerner, PH.D. Some of the rules for marriage could work for others in our lives. Her second chapter is on dialing down criticism.
This reminded me to remember what I’m grateful for in the people around me and letting them know their appreciated. Let’s share something we appreciate about the important people in our lives and how they add to them. ![]() It can be eye opening and interesting to explore possibilities in our lives. If you knew all your people in your life would be supportive & encouraging of you, what would you change or pursue and why?
