What is one food you could not live without?
I have two that came up: Chocolate (not surprising) & Chicken I must admit the last one was puzzling because I do like beef and many other foods. ![]() It can lower and take out emotions that can add to the physical discomfort in the body. When there is a discomfort (back, neck, arm etc.…) that has previously limited or stopped what a person could do. Then it mildly starts to hurt and nervousness kicks in. Muscles can tense up our mind gets on the hamster wheel and a snow ball effect can start. Tapping to lower these emotions can lower the flare. ![]() While on line I found a comment about confidence. Another word that was used for it was self-belief. It’s been on my mind for a while. I knew I wanted to take some time to explore this. Here’s a definition of it: “Self-belief is that positive feeling you have inside that you are capable of anything. As some of you know I live in Oregon and it’s often gray and rainy during the winter months. On my birthday I wanted to see some sun, blue sky and the beach. There was rain of course, LOL, and snow, sun and blue sky too. We arrived at the beach just in time to be a part of the eye of a storm. It was a beautiful birthday with miracles and joys. |
