Here’s a short tapping using points on the hand and fingers. This is inspired by Silvia Hartman’s Energy EFT. See points to left marked by lotuses Take three deep breaths and say: I want to feel extra calm energy Start tapping on thumb point and say; calm energy Take another deep breath move to the next point and repeat this through all the points on the picture below. After the last point (karate chop point) take three deep breaths. Way to go on tapping! If you want to continue repeat the steps and go for it. I love that EFT is helping VETs, learn more about it:

Do you know people who struggle with getting to appointments, social unease, disorganization; these can be signs of executive function difficulties? With a family member with autism these struggles sound familiar although to some they could be new.
You might be surprised by the people that do, here’s a great article about it. This is a great reminder to be kind and easygoing with others; we don’t know what is going on below the surface. When we have a goal list and add small action steps and start completing these, it will help us move forward on it. This can be more powerful with tapping.
