Sharing Aspirations

For a long time I wanted to complete this one project. It would get pulled out, dusted off and put back on the shelf because other time sensitive projects needed to be completed. Last week I had some time open up and I completed it.
 
My second book Joyful Life Living Uncover Your Joy is up loaded and approved on Amazon in paperback. I felt overjoyed by completing this. Next is a Kindle version.

Back To The Present

When we find ourselves feeling nervous or edgy this could be a sign that we are thinking of future events and it’s time to bring our mind back to the present. Some ideas on focusing are:

  • Taking a tapping walk, feel the air on your face, feet moving forward and listen for the birds
  • Sit outside and tap while enjoying the birds in flight, breeze going by and fresh air
  • Wash dishes, paying attention to the water on your skin, the scent of the dish soap and see the dishes sparkle when clean

​Let’s check in on our thoughts when we feel uneasy and bring ourselves back to the present.

Extra Calm

Sometimes we need some extra calm. Here’s a short tapping using points on the hand and fingers. This is inspired by Silvia Hartman’s Energy EFT. See points to left marked by lotuses
 
Take three deep breaths and say: I want to feel extra calm energy
 
Start tapping on thumb point and say; calm energy
 
Take another deep breath move to the next point and repeat this through all the points on the picture below. After the last point (karate chop point) take three deep breaths. Way to go on tapping! If you want to continue repeat the steps and go for it.

Do you know people who struggle with getting to appointments, social unease, disorganization; these can be signs of executive function difficulties? With a family member with autism these struggles sound familiar although to some they could be new. 

You might be surprised by the people that do, here’s a great article about it. 

This is a great reminder to be kind and easygoing with others; we don’t know what is going on below the surface.

Making Goals More Powerful With EFT

When we have a goal list and add small action steps and start completing these, it will help us move forward on it. This can be more powerful with tapping.
