The other day I was dealing with many things around a project in progress. And I was shallow breathing. When I took a few deep breaths and started to tap and the stress flowed out of me.
When you feel the stress or tension in the body rising take a few deep breaths and release it
Add more calming by tapping gently on the karate chop point
There are times we don’t realize how wound up we’ve become, when you notice it do something simple to reduce and release it.
Have you noticed at times when you’re doing something new and a negative message comes up like; what am I doing, or I can’t do that, no way? Then it stops you in your tracks, keeping you from your adventure, goal, dream or other.
When these pop up recognize and acknowledge this is a new path and that’s an old thought and continue to move forward.
