There are different kinds of tapping out there. I started learning Silvia Hartmann’s Energy EFT Foundation and got her book on Positive EFT. This is amazing and fun because you can tap for:
  • More energy,
  • Positive feelings
  • Ask yourself what do you want more of and tap on that energy too

Kids & Parents Tap

Some of the best advice for parents I heard from my mentor Helen McConnell was something like this:
 
Talk with your child and let them know; when I look or sound stressed or irritated have them tap on the karate chop point (showing you) and they can say to you Hey Mom or Dad do you need to tap?
 
The kids are tapping and you can too. It’s a great reminder to dial down unwanted emotions and stress. I wish I’d known this when my daughter was young. I am glad we can tap together now when both or one of us need too.

Hello...there is a new round of tapping posted on KD's Tapping Adventure on YouTube. We get borrowed benefits tapping so if you tap on disappointment but you don't feel this way the energy will go where it's needed or you can say the feeling you want to dial down or release it.

Recently I was coming out of one of my backrooms and I noticed my Happy Light was on (sun light) at an unusual time. When I looked down the hall I noticed it wasn’t my light it was the real thing!

​It gave me a laugh and it brightened my day to see the actual sun. As I write this it is warming my arm and brightening my room and me!

After struggling to get to the gym the week before and succeeding in going once it has been easier to go. In fact I had the inner messages popping up on Sunday & Monday to go to the gym and I did. It felt great to get in there and do my workouts.

Breaking Free To Be Me pt. 4                              Tapping On Boxes That Hold Us Back

​Let’s tap today on one of the old stories or boxes we have and release it. Think of one or look at your writing from yesterday and pick one. Rate it between 0 – 10 and look at the tapping chart (if needed) and Tap on Karate chop Point and say this one time:
  • Even though I have this old story/box I tell myself I love and accept myself as I am
 Continue to Tap on Karate chop Point and say this two times:
  • Even though I have this old story/box I choose to release it
Tap on the Top of the head through under nose points and alternate between these reminder phrases:
  • This story
  • Choosing to release it
Now tap on:
  • Chin point and say-                 Releasing this story
  • Collar bone point and say-    I’ve let it go  
  • Under arm point and say-     I am free and  easily moving forward   
 Take some deep breaths, drink some water and check in on your number. If a 2 or less your done if not tap on this remaining ___ (# fill in the blank) until it’s a 2 or less.  Way to go on Tapping on releasing this this old story/box.
