When separating out the specific things to do and focusing on what's needed in this moment, it makes life feel more calm and peaceful.
Stay in the moment and focus on what's needed to do at this time and feel less stress and more calm and peace.
Choose something you'd like more of in your life and focus on it.
Spend time in the feeling of what your wanting more of
Be open to ideas that come to mind
Even let it become a visualization of what you want
Let your mind focus on what you're wanting more of and when something comes to mind take a small action step toward it.
