On my journey to let go of others box walls and exploring me I learned an interesting fact. I have my own box to let go of but I’ve released some and I can continue towards being free to be me.
Let’s release box walls and thoughts that hold us back, embrace ourselves as we are while we continue to grow and break free to be ourselves. I wanted to share some beauty and joy today. Check out these beautiful pictures of winter at Niagara Falls. It’s breath taking.

I didn’t listen to them but I still wanted it to be easier. I bought a lock so I could toss my stuff in a locker and go workout. Today I used my lock for the first time and it was great to grab my regular purse and head out the door. Let’s remember to keep things simple and keep moving forward on our intentions one step at a time. Have you ever had people in your life that wanted to put you in a box of their choice? This is who I expect you to be but it wasn’t you.
I have had this at times in my life and I wanted to break free to be me but what was that? I didn’t know. I am still growing and learning about me and it sure feel great to let go of other people’s box walls and explore me. Let’s be open to learning and being ourselves.
I love this fantastic thought from Life Loves You Cards
by Louise Hay and Robert Holden: “I follow my joy” Let's brighten our day by keeping our eyes on our joy. affiliate link below Today’s topic caught my eye from the book The 5 Minute Twist by Kerry Daniels
“What do you love about your life?” Take a bit of time to free write about this. It might be surprising what comes up. We all have experienced disappointments in life and I wanted to create one for this: Check in on the number between 0 – 10 to rate it.
Tapping on the karate chop point and say this 1 – 3 times: Even though I feel disappointed about _____________(fill in the blank) I love and accept myself Tap on the other points alternating saying these: This disappointment I choose to let it go Take a few deep breaths. Check in on your number and if it is down to 2 or lower your done and if not you can do another round of tapping. Say this remaining ___(fill in the number). When you get your number down 2-3 you can do a round of tapping on more bliss, peace or calm. The other day I wanted to get out of my place and do something. Often that might include a run to get coffee or something else. This time I wanted to go to the gym. I didn’t wait around to long for the many excuses not to go to run through my mind. I went, had a fun time and went home ready to jump into the rest of my day!
Let’s take breaks and do some great self-care. We are worth it! I am glad to catch some blue sky during winter, it brightens my day.
Here is some on one of my adventures out. Let's find something to brighten your day! Let’s trust ourselves and continue moving towards our aspirations (dreams or goals). We can do it!
Getting the word out on Tapping for kids is important to me and sharing it with people with autism even more.

Seeing the results after one month is exciting! https://www.emofree.com/articles-ideas/general-ideas/autism-improvement-lewis-articles.html Let’s spread the word about Tapping! Pass this on to parents and others that have a person with autism in their life. Tapping can change lives! ![]() Simple Tapping on: Releasing stress
Tapping is a great stress reliever and it's easy to do. The more you tap the better you'll feel. The other day my Honey and I had our first “Gym Date”. We signed up for a gym and we want to use it. This felt great to go and do something good for ourselves together.
Let’s bring more joy to our lives by thinking outside the box and doing it. When I brought up a gym membership with my Honey we talked about using it. This has happened to me before where I’d sign up and slowly stop going. This time we decided to:
Let’s be open to creating a new habit that is a great addition to our lives. This report looked interesting about autism and as a parent with an adult child with autism I like to share.
The idea of flower essences could help was intriguing. My thought was to add Tapping too and it could be even more powerful. https://goe.ac/autism_report_by_kelly_burch.htm?pk_campaign=goe-articles-hoot&pk_kwd=autism_report_by_kelly_burch ![]() What is one thing you want to accomplish this year? I often stick with protein and veggies although it’s nice to have some whole grains and fruit sometimes too. I might add more eggs and possibly some nuts.
