Appreciation

When browsing through the book Marriage Rules by Harriet Lerner, PH.D. Some of the rules for marriage could work for others in our lives. Her second chapter is on dialing down criticism.
 
This reminded me to remember what I’m grateful for in the people around me and letting them know their appreciated.
