Add Some Moments
There are many ways to be mindful or be in the moment. Recently I was reminded about how much I’m not in the moment and if I added that time up I might be surprised by the amount. Some of those times are around doing tasks I don’t enjoy. When we are doing some of those mundane or unpleasant tasks instead of checking out or thinking how wretched these are:
Let’s find some good or even better great in it!
For example: Cleaning the bathroom isn’t my favorite task although focusing on having a cleaner bathroom that smells fresh can help with this and if you have someone to share the task it can go faster too.
