It’s funny I’ve known about tapping since the early 2000's and I was certified in it last year but describing it in a way that people can easily grasp this simple and amazing technique has been tough. I want it to be clear and concise. Recently, I came up with this and I wanted to share it.
Tapping is a simple technique that has been used to ease upset emotions around life events. We use our fingertips to tap on specific acupuncture meridian points while saying out loud what is bugging us (it can be an emotion, event or something else). This can feel relaxing when we release the upset emotions and can let us be open to more positive emotions like confidence, love and happiness. What do you think?
