I would say the following three times, while tapping on the karate chop point the whole time. Even though I am angry at my co-worker, I love and accept myself. Even though I am angry, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. Even though I am angry, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. It's that easy! Way to go, you just did some Tapping!
