I had learned about tapping some years back and used it for a while and then it got lost in my tool box a few times. It’s called Emotional Freedom Technic (EFT/Tapping ). It is tapping on certain acupressure points and walking through a short process. This can help release emotions and it can help with other issues too.
Then I was reintroduced to it and I found books and information on line. My Honey was open to tapping together and he was impressed by the results. I found an EFT group that meets regularly and we decided to go.
The day after going I woke up rested, and energized. I worked on many projects and was very productive. We have participated in the group and enjoyed the experience. I am glad I found this tool again.
